one of the things i miss alot about scotland is the ability to buy rhubarb yogurt. it is positively my favourite yogurt flavour. so i bought a couple of stalks and some plain yogurt with the hopes of somewhat recreating the delictable treat i miss. the problem is.. i cannot find a receipe to cook rhubarb without adding sugar. a lot of sugar. does anyone know if cooking rhubarb on its own will produce a taste that is worth adding to the yogurt?
